This is an established San Francisco residential architecture studio with an expanding portfolio across the city and the greater Bay Area, from modern custom homes to meticulous historic renovations. The studio invests in mentorship with tailored review cycles and structured goal-setting, supports AXP requirements and licensure, and runs a culture where architects carry projects from concept to completion rather than handing them between departments.
Role SummaryThe Project Manager runs multiple small to midsize residential projects through all phases and assists senior project managers on larger work. Projects run two to five years, with a portfolio carrying an aggregate construction cost of $5M to $10M and annual design fees in the range of $750K to $1.5M. The role reports to a Senior Project Manager and leads project teams day to day.
