Role Summary

Manage high-end custom residential builds for a craft-focused San Francisco general contractor.

Key Outcomes
  • Own the project's budget and schedule from buyout through closeout, and answer for both.
  • Turn the architect's intent into a buildable plan the field can run without guesswork.
  • Keep the trades aligned and paid on time so the schedule never waits on paperwork.
  • Manage change transparently, so scope, cost, and client trust all stay intact.
  • Give the client and design team reporting clear enough that there are no surprises.
  • Hand over a finished home that reflects the firm's standard and earns the next referral.
What You'll Bring
  • Five-plus years as a PM or senior APM on custom residential or comparable work.
  • Command of budgets, schedules, buyout, and change management.
  • The ability to read architectural intent and translate it for the field.
  • Strong communication with clients, architects, and trades.
Compensation and Benefits

Target compensation: $110k–$175k, depending on experience. A flexible spending account and a full benefits package.
