- Manage change transparently, so scope, cost, and client trust all stay intact.
- Give the client and design team reporting clear enough that there are no surprises.
- Hand over a finished home that reflects the firm's standard and earns the next referral.
- Five-plus years as a PM or senior APM on custom residential or comparable work.
- Command of budgets, schedules, buyout, and change management.
- The ability to read architectural intent and translate it for the field.
- Strong communication with clients, architects, and trades.
