Role Summary

Manage premiere-level home builds with top designers and discerning clients across multiple active sites.

Key Outcomes
  • Own the jobsite: safety, sequence, and quality on a home built to a luxury standard.
  • Hold the schedule in the field by coordinating trades day to day and solving problems before they cost time.
  • Set the bar for craftsmanship so framing, millwork, and finishes meet the client's expectations.
  • Run a clean, safe, respectful site, the kind high-end clients welcome onto their property.
  • Keep the PM and design team ahead of issues with clear, current field reporting.
  • Deliver a punch-ready home and a smooth, credible closeout.

Compensation and Benefits

Target compensation: $130k–$180k, depending on experience. Paid vacation and a full benefits package.
