Role SummaryThe Project Superintendent leads all on-site operations from mobilization through closeout. This role is built for a high-level builder who wants autonomy and respect, and who runs elite projects without needing to be managed. The jobsite is yours: if something is off, you fix it or escalate it fast.

Qualifications• 8+ years of construction experience with senior field leadership on custom residential or comparable high-end projects
• Proven ability to run a jobsite with autonomy: schedule, trades, quality, and safety
• Direct, proactive communication with project managers and clients
• Success in this role is measured by milestones hit, quality sustained, and rework and delays minimized
- Base salary: $125,000 to $150,000 depending on experience
