About the Opportunity

Ambassador Group completed this search for a mid-size specialty contractor performing demolition and environmental remediation across Northern California. The firm handles public and private projects, both hard and soft demolition, including some large structures, and works with a union labor force. Leadership is humble and hands-off, the culture is family-like and collaborative, turnover is very low, and the firm has grown, including through acquisitions.
