Office Manager & Bookkeeper | Stonewood

TJ founded Ambassador Group after years of recruiting in construction, where he watched misaligned leadership decisions cost projects, margin, and morale. He writes because hiring is a leadership discipline that shapes culture and capacity, yet most leaders treat it as a transaction. TJ aims to make the world a better place by helping leaders build their organizations safely and happily.
