Jake’s primary focus is on candidate sourcing, creating outreach campaigns, and developing relationships with them to align their goals and skills with the right opportunity. He works with the team leader to arrange introductions and provides support throughout the process.

Jake joined the team in 2022 after working as a men’s ministry director, where he learned how to cultivate relationships, providing counsel and oversight of others’ needs.
