He partners with you to understand the finer details of your company’s growth strategy and hiring needs, and collaborates with the recruitment outreach team to source the ideal candidates—marrying traditional relationship-building strategies with the range of advanced technologies available to us.

Gabriel joined the team in 2019 following a management role in the construction industry, where he developed a good understanding of the challenges it faces.
