As a superintendent at Dijeau Construction, you will oversee high-end residential projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, seamless coordination, and project success. You will manage job sites, subcontractors, and in-house trades while maintaining strict adherence to budgets, schedules, and safety protocols. Hard Skills:

- Proficiency in construction management software and digital plan review tools
- Experience managing MEP coordination, structural work, and high-detail finishes
