Superintendent
Crestwood Construction is hiring a superintendent to lead high-end custom residential projects in the Lake Tahoe / Truckee area. This role is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, site safety, organization, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. The superintendent will oversee daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, and project execution, working closely with the operations manager, project manager, and ownership team.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in custom home construction, a strong background in carpentry, and excels in problem-solving, documentation, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Scheduling & Budgeting: Maintain and track project schedules (Microsoft Project) and ensure budgets are managed effectively with subcontractors and material procurement.
✅ Site Management & Safety: Oversee daily job site operations, enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and ensure a clean, well-organized work environment.
✅ Quality Control & Documentation: Track project changes, RFIs, and approvals, ensuring detailed documentation.
✅ Presentation & Communication: Represent Crestwood professionally in OAC meetings, neighborhood relations, and client interactions, maintaining project organization and site cleanliness.
Hard Skills:
✔ 10+ years of experience in high-end residential construction (carpentry background preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.
✔ Proven track record in scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
✔ Strong documentation and organization skills.
