As a superintendent at Timeline Design+Build, you will oversee ground-up residential rebuilds, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from demolition to final completion. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating subcontractors, handling utilities and permitting, and maintaining quality control on-site. This role requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Hard Skills:
- Strong experience in ground-up residential construction, including demolition and rebuilds
- Proficiency in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement
- Ability to handle permitting, PG&E utility coordination, and inspections
- Experience writing and managing change orders and client approvals
- Knowledge of construction management software and digital tools
