Small Projects Superintendent
Lencioni is hiring a small projects superintendent to lead high-end residential remodels, additions, and specialty construction projects throughout the Bay Area. This is a boots-on-the-ground role with direct client interaction, ownership of site execution, and light project management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with senior PMs and the leadership team to ensure each project—many for long-standing, repeat clients—is delivered with care, precision, and minimal disruption to the homeowner.
This is a unique opportunity to grow into larger, more complex roles within a respected, design-forward general contractor known for craftsmanship and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Execution & Scheduling:
Lead 2–3 concurrent small-scale projects. Maintain short-term schedules, coordinate subs and materials, and drive work forward day to day.
✅ Client Interaction & Communication:
Act as the point of contact for homeowners and design teams. Provide weekly updates, respond to concerns promptly, and maintain Lencioni’s reputation for professionalism in sensitive, occupied environments.
✅ Site Management & Safety:
Oversee all field operations. Enforce site cleanliness, safety protocols, and inspection readiness. Conduct tailgate meetings and prepare job site documentation.
✅ Documentation & Coordination:
Manage daily logs, COs, and three-week lookaheads. Collaborate with PMs to ensure timely execution and clarity on scope changes.
Hard Skills:
✔ 5–10+ years in high-end residential construction (remodel experience preferred)
✔ Familiar with subcontractor coordination, basic scheduling tools, and site documentation
✔ Comfortable wearing both superintendent and light project management hats
✔ Strong attention to detail and follow-through on punch items, client updates, and quality control

Benefits

- 401(k): Eligible after 6 months with 100% match on the first 3% deferred, and 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total)
