Senior Project Manager
Pete Moffat Construction is seeking a seasoned senior project manager to lead multi-million-dollar custom residential projects in the Bay Area. This high-touch role offers the chance to manage some of the region’s most sophisticated and high-performance homes, from preconstruction through final completion. You’ll be backed by a deeply experienced team, supported by strong systems, and entrusted with client relationships that span decades. Ideal candidates bring sharp financial acumen, calm leadership in dynamic project environments, and a passion for detail and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead complex residential builds from preconstruction through handoff
✅ Oversee schedule, subcontractors, and change orders with full budget accountability
✅ Communicate directly with high-net-worth clients, architects, and consultants
✅ Facilitate regular meetings, documentation, and team coordination
✅ Partner with Superintendents to maintain schedule, quality, and design integrity
✅ Forecast project costs and track financial performance monthly
✅ Mentor and oversee junior PMs while supporting internal knowledge-sharing
Hard Skills
✔ 10+ years in high-end residential project management
✔ Proficient in Jonas (or equivalent ERP), Excel, MS Project, and Bluebeam
✔ Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client communications expertise
✔ Experienced in managing $10M–$50M projects with multiple stakeholders
Soft Skills

✅ Competitive salary ($170K–$210K DOE) + Bonus eligibility for discretionary year-end bonus
