Project Manager
Revision is seeking an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager to manage all aspects of their remodeling projects once construction is underway. This role acts as the face of the company throughout the construction phase & involves comprehensive oversight—from budget management and change orders to site management and quality control. You will be the primary point of contact for clients and the design team, facilitating weekly meetings and ensuring seamless communication. Additionally, you will conduct quarterly project reviews covering budget, selection status, schedule, and open items.
Hard Skills
- 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling.
- Knowledge of construction methods and building codes.
- Skilled in managing budgets, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Experience with scheduling tools like Gantt charts.
- Capable of conducting inspections and ensuring compliance.
- Physically able to navigate construction sites, including climbing ladders.
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication for client and team interactions.
- Experience managing multiple projects from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Experience in procuring materials and services.
- Leadership skills to mentor junior staff and promote a positive team environment.
