Office Manager
Northwall Builders is hiring an Office Manager to oversee administrative operations, HR coordination, contract tracking, and office efficiency. This role is essential in maintaining smooth day-to-day functions while supporting leadership and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, and prior experience in construction administration is a plus.
Hard Skills:
- Experience in office management, administration, or HR-related functions
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and comfort with accounting software (Sage Master Builder experience is a plus)
- Ability to track and manage contracts, insurance certificates, and compliance documentation
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and experience coordinating safety-related tasks
- Experience managing office technology, IT troubleshooting, and software license tracking
Soft Skills:
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting professional correspondence
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and improve office operations
