Office Manager / Project Manager Assistant
Crestwood Construction is seeking an office manager / project manager assistant to join their tight-knit team in Truckee, CA. This is a full-time, in-person role with significant impact across operations, culture, and project execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and confident managing systems, logistics, and internal coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. This is an opportunity to become the central hub of a high-integrity team building some of Lake Tahoe’s most iconic custom homes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, and internal communications
✅ Support project managers with permits, site logistics, documentation, and closeout packages
✅ Maintain a professional, organized office environment that supports team productivity and client confidence
✅ Oversee event planning, company culture initiatives, and crew support (e.g., field lunches, celebrations)
✅ Ensure smooth tech, software, and account access across all systems
Qualifications
✔ 2+ years of office management or administrative support experience (construction preferred)
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms; familiarity with Google Drive, Raken, and Zoom a plus
✔ Comfortable coordinating vendors, schedules, and internal systems with minimal supervision
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable AWD/4×4 vehicle (for winter conditions) for occasional errands and site-related needs

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days; occasional extended hours
