Cello & Maudru is proactively seeking a driven, detail-oriented estimator to elevate its preconstruction department. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-precision estimating efforts while engaging deeply with collaborative design teams and sophisticated clients. Key Responsibilities:
✅ Project Ownership & Precision Estimating: Lead estimating processes from concept through kickoff, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
✅ Collaborative Design Coordination: Facilitate clear communication and problem-solving with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
✅ Innovative Preconstruction Practices: Champion VDC and BIM modeling to enhance project execution.
✅ Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain transparent, trust-based relationships throughout preconstruction.
✅ Continuous Process Improvement: Implement workflow improvements for efficiency and reduced risk.
Hard Skills:
✔ Estimating experience, ideally in high-end residential or commercial projects.
✔ Familiar with BIM/VDC, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
✔ Proficient in Excel and estimating software.
✔ Client-facing experience in complex project environments.
