Construction Scheduler
For over 30 years, Cello & Maudru has been building superbly handcrafted estates and wineries. C&M’s construction teams are among the very best–they are highly skilled, deeply committed, and well-supported. Currently, they are looking for an experienced construction scheduler to contribute to their positive reputation of excellence. Specifically, this individual would serve as the primary scheduler for the company projects. The ideal person for this role will be an outstanding leader and communicator with at least 5 years of experience scheduling multiple construction projects simultaneously and collaborating with project teams effectively.
Hard skills:
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry doing scheduling work (preferably commercial background, understands the construction process: construction assemblies)
- Experience and knowledge of Primavera 6 software
- Practical experience managing project timelines
- Working knowledge of Lean project delivery concepts.
- Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents at all design levels.
- Experience with project management software such as CMiC and Procore.
Soft skills:
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
- Successful collaboration with multiple teams and projects simultaneously
- Someone who can multitask and handle multiple project schedules. Ideally about 8-10 at a time.
- Competent communicator- effectively collaborates with a wide range of people
- Ability to build trust
