Northwall Builders is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to support project management operations, focusing on scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. This role will be a direct help to the owners, alleviating pressure to allow them to focus on client relationships and business development. It will be an in-office role that ensures seamless project execution by managing Microsoft Project schedules, tracking material procurement, and maintaining key project documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.

Hard Skills:

  • Project scheduling (Microsoft Project proficiency preferred)
  • Material procurement tracking and vendor coordination
  • Contract administration (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
  • Proficiency in Trello or similar project management tools
  • Document management and workflow tracking
  • Basic understanding of residential construction processes
