- Have direct experience working with you
- Understand and respect your need for confidentiality
- Offer insight into your strengths and areas for growth
Please provide at least five references:
- Three managers
- Two coworkers, subordinates, or close industry relationships
If you have more, that’s even better. You can never have too much credibility.
