Hayden’s primary focus is connecting with professionals in the construction industry and sharing opportunities aligned with their experience. He works closely with the sourcing team to set up conversations with Jake.

Hayden joined the team in the fall of 2024. He grew up in Tennessee and has a background in construction. He’s an outdoor enthusiast and is currently training for an Ironman. He has spent the past few years traveling around the US and has recently settled in Phoenix, Arizona.
