The Pre-Employment Assessment (PXTS) adds an objective dimension to the search and evaluation process. It measures cognitive abilities, behavioral traits, and interests, and it enables us to compare candidate results with the demands of the role. Read more about why we leverage the PXTS.
4. Submit the form
Prepare the following items:
- Offer letter template
- Benefits package
- Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Information about company values, mission statement, etc.
- Logo (vectorized .png or .jpg is preferred)
- Brand book
- Project photos
- Company technology stack
- Strategic relationships in the industry (companies we need to avoid)
