Project Manager / Superintendent

This project manager has two decades of high-end residential experience, including leadership roles as both Project Manager and Superintendent. They’ve managed multimillion-dollar custom home builds from preconstruction through closeout, with a strong track record in budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor oversight, and client communications. Open to opportunities across Florida and Southeast Georgia, they are seeking a PM or Superintendent role with a reputable high-end residential builder, ideally offering $110K+ locally or $125K+ with relocation.

• 20 years of high-end residential construction experience
• Skilled in Procore, Buildertrend, and Microsoft Suite
• Leads all aspects of the build: schedule, client updates, subcontractors, RFI/RFPs, budgeting
• Strong on-site leadership and subcontractor management
• Good at working with clients and managing expectations
• Background in carpentry, especially finish and trim work
• Focused on safety, quality, and keeping projects on track
