• Strong experience in managing residential and commercial projects from start to finish
• Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and working with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Experienced with project management tools like P6, CMiC, Procore, and Smartsheet
• Good at handling client communication and adapting to different personalities
• Background in both design and construction, offering a well-rounded approach
• Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines
• Comfortable being on-site and working closely with field teams
